Education Excursion

Our school organised field visit to PUNJAB AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY, REGIONAL RESEARCH STATION, DABWALI ROAD BATHINDA for 380 students of classes 6, 7, 8 and 9 along with the 16 teachers on dates 28 Nov 2023 and 29 Nov 2023. After that 120 students of class 10, 11 and 12 were taken to the same institute on 08 Dec 2023. The main aim for this visit was to make the students learn How food testing process is done? How institute has a major part in helping farmers with problems related to farming? What is the way to join such institutes? Students also learnt about the water purification process on a large unit. Students enjoyed in orange farming area and drip irrigation system. They were also shown the Green House. On the continuation of our FIELD VISIT program under PM shri scheme, on 30/01/2024 we had an Educational visit to VERKA MILK TREATMENT PLANT, BATHINDA for around 160 students of classes 8, 9 and 11 along with the Eight teachers. In this visit the students learnt about the preservation of all kinds of milk products and its packing. Students also learnt about how to check purification of such products. The students had learnt many things in these visits. They also showed interest in future aspects of all these fields.
