GENESIS
PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No.5 Bathinda cantt came into existence in 29th Nov 1987 to provide an opportunity through quality education. A co-educational school with unity in diversity is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
A full fledged KV 5 Bathinda Cantt with Classes upto Std. XII also came into existence from the academic session 2008-09, Highest Class : +2 level, Stream: Science, Comm.

Our vision is to empower students to acquire, demonstrate and value knowledge and skills and explore and expand their horizon by exposing them to ever evolving curricular and co-curricular activities.
